Laura really did kickstart my career. Before my summer internship at Laura I was completing my bachelor’s degree in marketing at John Molson School of Business. After my internship ended, I was hired as a full-time employee. I've always wanted to work in fashion so this was the opportunity of a lifetime for a young graduate!
I started as a summer intern in the marketing department, then went on to become a part-time social media assistant and I recently got promoted to digital marketing coordinator. I now get to work on more complex, long-term projects.
As an intern in the marketing department I could not have dreamed of a better experience than the one I received at Laura Canada. The amount of knowledge and skills I have acquired went beyond my university studies. When such a positive and creative team surrounds you, there is no limit to what can be achieved!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who can apply?
2nd or 3rd year students enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum GPA of 3.2, or students enrolled in a college program with a minimum average of 80% can apply for our internship program. Although being bilingual (French & English) is an asset, it is only required for applicants in Quebec.
When do you hire interns?
For the summer, in the form of 2 month-long internships (8 weeks) – applications will open 2 months in advance.
